A representative of a truck rental company contacted the Sheriff's Office to advise that one of their vehicles had been stolen out of Fairfield, CT. The company further advised that they believed the truck was in Washington County. Deputies assigned to the Village of Whitehall were on patrol and located the truck traveling on Broadway and were able to stop the vehicle.
