How did your AMETEK career begin?

I joined AMETEK in 2011 as a Thermodynamics Engineer, where I was focused on analyzing thermal systems for aerospace and defense applications. Since then, I've had the opportunity to deepen my expertise in product development and other relevant technical domains. In my current position as Senior Engineering Manager, I lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers focused on designing and developing advanced, customized thermal management solutions.

How has AMETEK supported you in your position?

I have always been encouraged to push boundaries, experiment with innovative concepts, and contribute to solving complex challenges. What are some of the initiatives you've worked on?

I have organized team-building activities and outbound learning programs. I am deeply committed to fostering collaboration and supporting a range of technical community initiatives within our organization.

What motivates you about your position at AMETEK Airtechnology?

AMETEK Airtechnology is a leader in designing and manufacturing thermal management systems and motion controls products for the aerospace industry. Working with this business has given me many opportunities to learn and contribute to projects that make a real difference and add significant value to our customers in India. Despite the geographical distances between me and my AMETEK colleagues around the world, there's a strong sense of collaboration. It is truly inspiring.

What is it like working for a global company like AMETEK?

I've had the privilege to work alongside global teams on a wide range of projects, which has broadened my understanding of different cultures, problem-solving methods, and the value of adapting to change. The company's commitment to innovation, its specialized product offerings, and its pursuit of continuous improvement are all key factors that make my work deeply motivating. This is my 14th year with AMETEK, and I can genuinely say that each year has been both unique and fulfilling.
