Douglas railroad crossing closing temporarily
What: CSX Railroad is planning to temporarily close a Douglas crossing next week for emergency maintenance repairs.

Where: The crossing is on State Route (SR) 31 South (Peterson Avenue). Southbound tractor trailer traffic should use the SR 206 Connector and SR 206 to keep heavy trucks off local city streets and crossings. Local traffic can use adjacent city streets.

When: Scheduled to close Tuesday, Nov. 19, and remain closed for three days. The dates are subject to change, depending on weather or other factors.
