On June 27, 2024, Jack Bech Nielsen notified the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Harmony Biosciences Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") that he is resigning from the Board effective immediately, due to health reasons. Mr. Nielsen's decision was not due to any disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Nielsen for his commitment and service to the Company and wishes him all the best.
