Cashiering Offices Closed for Tropical Storm Debby

Due to the anticipated effects of Tropical Storm Debby, Water Management's Cashiering offices at City Hall (101 City Hall Plaza) and Mist Lake Facility (1600 Mist Lake Drive) will be closed Thursday, August 8 and Friday, August 9.

Both locations will resume normal business operations Monday, August 12.

Please note the City of Durham offers numerous payment options at no additional cost.

• Submit online payments by visiting our website at www.durhamnc.gov and clicking on the "pay water bill" icon.
• Or pay by phone at (919) 560-1200 and selecting option #1.

Water Management will discontinue shutting off water service for non-payment the remainder of this week and will resume disconnecting services for non-payment Monday, August 12.
