Grupo NOV lidera construção do novo edifício da Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa

The NOV Engenharia & Construções Group, through its company NOV Pro Construções, is leading the construction of the new building of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Lisbon, in Cidade Universitária. The work, which began at the end of August, represents an investment of 8.78 million euros and has an execution period of 450 days.

Nine meters high and with a rectangular structure (62.90 m by 52.30 m), the building will have capacity for around 1,150 people. Spread over three floors, the project includes a rectangular internal courtyard (26.20 m by 40.00 m), in addition to several spaces for teaching and administration:

Floor 0 - Main entrance hall of the building, classrooms and technical areas.

Floor 1 - Teachers' offices, secretarial rooms, meeting rooms, pantry, technical spaces and general use spaces.

Floor 2 - Management offices, secretarial rooms, meeting rooms, technical spaces and general use spaces.

The NOV Group, which also operates in the construction sector internationally and is present in Africa and America, reinforces its brand in Portugal with this project, contributing to the modernization of the infrastructure of the University of Lisbon.
