Now Hiring: Drop-off Site Attendant

The City of Verona, Department of Public Works is recruiting to fill a Drop off Site Attendant position. This is a seasonal part time position, performing duties related to the operation of the Public Works facility drop-off site during extended hours.

Employees will work outside in various weather conditions. The City provides personal protective equipment; such as but not limited to safety vests, glasses, and gloves.

This position will be scheduled to work Saturdays starting in April and ending mid-November from 8:00am - 3:00pm and on Mondays from 3:30pm to 7:00 pm.

Physical Requirements:Standing for prolonged periods; frequent lifting, moving and carrying of objects over 25 pounds; stooping, bending, turning, twisting, crouching, reaching, kneeling climbing or balancing; work in all weather conditions and around traffic.
