Tropical Storm Francine brought high winds and record rainfall last Thursday. Outages fluctuated throughout the weekend impacting a total of 69,817 customers, with 24,692 being the most customers affected at any one time.

Limbs falling on wires and trees falling on poles due to saturated ground were the major causes of outages.
