City Investigating Alleged Alligator Sighting at Dominick Lofino Park

City of Beavercreek staff is aware of a report regarding an alleged alligator sighting at Dominick Lofino Park. We take these reports seriously and have reached out to wildlife agencies to assist with the investigation.

Officers from the Beavercreek Police Department responded to the park around noon on Sunday, September 15. The officer on scene did not observe an alligator, and no other sightings have been reported at this time.

Although there is no immediate danger to the public, we ask residents to exercise caution around the pond as a precaution until further notice. Our team is working diligently to confirm the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
