The University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG) will debut at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York from June 23 to 25, represented by a group of companies from the UNISG NETWORK.

The UNISG is heading to New York to participate in the Summer Fancy Food Show, one of the most important international food industry fairs. This historical event, now in its 68th edition, will take place at the Javits Center in Manhattan.

The Summer Fancy Food Show, organized by the Specialty Food Association, is a celebration of all specialty foods. It offers an opportunity to explore the diverse world of producers and marketers. It's more than just a trade show; it's a vibrant annual gathering to celebrate taste, innovation, and the food community.

The event will feature pavilions dedicated to various merchandise categories, including Bakery, Beverage, Confectionery, Snack and Sweets, Deli, Plant-based, Supplier Diversity, and Business Services.

In addition to the exhibits, the fair will offer educational opportunities such as meetings with industry professionals, experts in food product innovation, and key figures in culinary creativity and gastronomy.

UNISG will be located at the New York event in the Italian Pavilion, Level 3, booth 2615. This space will host several network companies as co-exhibitors, including Bio Orto, Fratelli Merano, Olio Roi, and Savini Tartufi.
