As of 31 July 2024, Smurfit Westrock's issued share capital consists of519,358,323 Ordinary Shares of nominal value $0.001 each. Smurfit Westrock does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Smurfit Westrock is519,358,323.
