Pure Wafer is the largest U.S.-based provider of advanced silicon solutions for the semiconductor industry. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Edgewater is a sector-focused private equity firm making investments in lower middle-market performance materials businesses, specifically in the specialty chemicals, life sciences, specialty industrial and components, and advanced materials verticals.
