The Tampa Convention Center was fortunate to not sustain damage from Hurricane Helene. The center has resumed normal operations ahead of the International Boat Builders Exhibition and Conference (IBEX).

This industry-only event will be held Tuesday, October 1 through Thursday, October 3. There are no changes to the schedule. Hotels in Downtown Tampa are open for attendees.

IBEX is an annual event that draws approximately 8,000 attendees from the boat-building industry. This event is not open to the public. It is expected to bring more than $5.4 million in estimated economic impact to the City of Tampa.
