On September 16, 2024, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Antonio Ledee Rivera, age 46, of 17 Whelan Road, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Federal Warrant for Animal Cruelty. Mr. Rivera was taken into custody without incident and transported directly to the Federal Courthouse for his Federal arraignment.

On September 16, 2024, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Onil Vazquez Lozada, age 40, of 64 Bowdoin Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Federal Warrant for Animal Cruelty. Mr. Lozada was taken into custody without incident and transported directly to the Federal Courthouse for his Federal arraignment.

On September 16, 2024, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Miguel Delgado, age 74, of 80 Borinquen Road, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Federal Warrant for Animal Cruelty. Mr. Delgado was taken into custody without incident and transported directly to the Federal Courthouse for his Federal arraignment.
