HOUSE COMMITTEE TO CONSIDER BLOCKING IMPLEMENTATION OF DOL FINAL FIDUCIARY RULE
The House Appropriations Committee voted on measures that could block the final "Retirement Security Rule: Definition of an Investment Advice Fiduciary" and its related amended exemptions. CFP Board supports the retirement security rule.
