The Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) will run the IP Legal Clinic programme to provide local businesses and individuals with access to a selected panel of law firms to deliver preliminary advice on intellectual property (IP) disputes such as IP infringement, revocation, opposition and invalidation.

Payment | Each IP Legal Clinic requestor shall be responsible for the law firm's fees for the IP Legal Clinic session. IPOS shall assist each requestor to cover the law firm's fees, by direct disbursement of payment to the law firm on behalf of the requestor after the stipulated requirements are met. |
Law firms interested in participating in the IP Legal Clinic are to submit their quotations online via the Government Electronic Business (GeBIZ) website at http://www.gebiz.gov.sg (IPO000EAR24000107) by 2 December 2024 by 1300H (Singapore time). Any quotation not submitted in accordance with the GeBIZ Terms and Conditions and with this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) will not be considered.
