As previously disclosed, James Thorburn transitioned into a Strategic Advisor employment role with Twist Bioscience Corporation (the "Company"). After the expiration of Mr. Thorburn's employment agreement with the Company, on October 8, 2024, the Company and Mr. Thorburn entered into a month-to-month consulting agreement at $25,000 per month, to allow for the completion of certain projects.
