SIKESTON-The Missouri Department of Transportation plans to replace a bridge located on Route C over Drainage Ditch 4 in Pemiscot County. This structure is located near the Route C and County Road 448 intersection.
Work to replace the bridge could begin as early as spring 2026. As construction is underway, the roadway will be closed in the vicinity of the structure for approximately three months.
Maps, plans, and other information prepared by MoDOT will be available for public inspection and copying at MoDOT's Sikeston District office, 2675 N. Main St. in Sikeston, Missouri.

Any person affected by this project may request that a public meeting be held in regard to the proposed improvements. Requests for a public meeting shall be in writing and must be submitted to District Engineer Mark Croarkin at 2675 North Main St., Sikeston, MO 63801, by Dec. 11, 2024.
