Mandatory annual compliance training for all employees due October 31, 2024

Each October, the Office of Equal Opportunity and Access (OEOA) and the University Ethics Office collaborate to distribute annual compliance training to all faculty, staff, and student employees. All University personnel are required to complete the mandatory training annually in October and within 30 days of hire (or return to work from leave). If you recently completed the training as a new hire, you are still required to complete the annual training, as they have been updated to reflect changes in law and policy.

Training must be completed by Thursday, October 31, 2024.

An online training link will be directly emailed to each employee. The training contains all new 2024 annual training requirements, including:

  • Ethics Training, including Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training;
  • Crime and Incident Reporting Training; and
  • Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) Mandated Reporter Training.
