Ryan Specialty Announces Leadership Appointments

OCTOBER 1, 2024 | CHICAGO, IL - Ryan Specialty Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: RYAN) ("Ryan Specialty"), a leading international specialty insurance firm, is pleased to announce leadership appointments effective today.

• Lana Jankovic expands her role to become Ryan Specialty's first Senior Vice President, Chief Audit and Risk Officer. Lana was promoted earlier this year to Chief Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley Officer and continues in those roles and will now lead the firm's Enterprise Risk Management function as well. Lana will report to the President of Ryan Specialty, Jeremiah Bickham.
• Mike Schulz becomes Senior Vice President, Controller of Ryan Specialty. Previously, Mike has been Controller, Specialty Accounting and Operations, of Ryan Specialty, and prior to that, Controller of RT Specialty. Mike has been with Ryan Specialty for over 10 years. Mike will report to the CFO of Ryan Specialty, Janice Hamilton.
• Mike Benvenuto joins Ryan Specialty as Senior Vice President, Chief Procurement Officer. In this role, Mike will lead Ryan Specialty's Procurement, Global Travel Program, Business Continuity and ESG functions. Ryan Specialty's Global Real Estate function will report up through Mike as well. Mike will report to the President of Ryan Specialty, Jeremiah Bickham.

These appointments follow Ryan Specialty's recent announcement of its leadership succession plan, also effective today. As part of the plan, Patrick G. Ryan, the Founder of Ryan Specialty, transitions to Executive Chairman, Timothy W. Turner becomes CEO of Ryan Specialty and retains his role as Chairman of RT Specialty, Jeremiah Bickham becomes President of Ryan Specialty, and Janice Hamilton becomes Chief Financial Officer.
