On October 17, 2024, members of the RI Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Daniel Rivera, age 41, of 80 Curtis Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on two (2) Superior Court Full Bench Warrants for the following: 1) Failure to Appear for pre-arraignment conference on an original charge of Failure to Register as a Sexual Offender (Cranston Police Department); and 2) Filed Technical Violation for Possession of Schedule I-IV out of the Providence Police Department. Mr. Rivera was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Providence Superior Court.

On October 17, 2024, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Robert Consorti, age 63, of 37 Ashwood Avenue, Wilmington, Massachusetts, for Indecent Solicitation of a Child. Mr. Consorti was processed at the Wickford Barracks and turned over to Homeland Security Investigations for Federal indictment.

On October 17, 2024, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit and the Lincoln Woods Barracks arrested Jeffrey Sousa, age 34, of 20 Dorman Drive, Seekonk, Massachusetts, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Vandalism. Mr. Sousa was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, presented to the on-call Assistant Attorney General as a Superior Court Probation Violator, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and held overnight at the Adult Correctional Institutions pending a morning arraignment in Second District Court.

On October 17, 2024, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Donovan Rivera Medina, age 29, of 2305 Diamond Hill Road, Apartment T, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; and 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1-5 kilograms of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine. Mr. Medina was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and subsequently turned over to officials at the ACI Intake Center pending his arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.

On October 17, 2024, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Paul Hache, age 43, of 250 E. View Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Soliciting Another to Commit a Crime; 2) Indecent Solicitation of a Child; and 3) Conspiracy. Mr. Hache was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, ordered held as a probation violator, and transported to the ACI. Mr. Hache is a registered Level II sex offender.
