Tropical Storm Debby Preparedness

GLYNCO, Ga. -- In light of the approaching Tropical Storm Debby, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is temporarily suspending training at the Glynco, GA, training delivery point (TDP) from Monday, August 5, 2024, until 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2024. FLETC-Charleston training remains scheduled for August 5, with a temporary suspension of training on August 6, and will reconstitute training as soon as it's safe to resume normal operations.
Access and Operations:
Glynco, GA

  • Monday, August 5: The Glynco TDP will only be accessible via the main gate to personnel required to be on-Center. Other employees must telework if possible.
  • Tuesday, August 6: Normal operations. Employees should report to work at their normal start time. Training will start at 9:30 a.m.


Charleston, NC

  • Monday, August 5: Normal operations. All staff members who have an approved telework agreement must take their IT equipment and any other essential items home with them upon departure from the worksite on their last day of on-site work.
  • Tuesday, August 6: The Charleston TDP will be accessible only to personnel required to be on-Center. Other employees must telework if possible.
  • Reconstitution of Training: Training will reconstitute as soon as it's safe to resume normal operations.
