Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 9:45 AM, Troopers arrested Eliezer Inostrosa, age 36, of 500 Cranston Street, Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 Grams (Cocaine), and 2.) Possession of Counterfeit Certs/Bills/Notes. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bucklin Street, in the City of Providence. Santana was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center as a probation violator.

At 2:47 PM, Troopers arrested Larissa Martins, age 34, of 176 Pleasant Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct, 2.) Domestic Vandalism and 3.) Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 95 North at Broadway Ave in the City of Providence. Martins was later arraigned by a Justice of the Peaced and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.

At 3:00 AM, Troopers arrested Anthony Pisani, age 30, of 122 Chester Street Woonsocket, Rhode Island for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Shoplifting - Greater than $100 2nd Offense originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Pisani was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

At 4:20 AM, Troopers arrested Owen McGilvray, age 18, of 20 Woodside Lane Bellingham, Massachusetts for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense, and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 in the City of Providence. McGilvray was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
