Public Hearing 10/15 on Ordinance Amendments

The Bar Harbor Town Council will hold public hearings Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building Council Chambers to hear comment on the following proposed amendments to the Municipal Code:

• Ordinance Amendment 2024-09 : An amendment to update campaign report filing procedure.
• Ordinance Amendment 2024-10: An amendment for the annual revision of maximum General Assistance benefit levels for Appendices A-H for the period 10-1-2024 to 9-30-2025 pursuant to 22 MRSA 4305(4).
