BATON ROUGE, LA - September 11, 2024 - City-Parish offices will remain closed on September 12 in response to Hurricane Francine that is currently affecting the area. However, curbside garbage, recycling or out-of-cart services will resume but with a delayed start. This will allow time for roads to be assessed and for employees to travel in daylight hours.

In addition, the North Landfill opens at 9:00 a.m. Thursday morning and closes at 5:00 p.m. as usual. Starwood Court Collection Facility will remain closed on September 12.
