SR 52/I 5 Connectors Closed Saturday Morning, 8/24

SAN DIEGO - Caltrans maintenance crews will close the westbound State Route 52 (SR-52) connector to northbound and southbound Interstate 5 (I-5) Saturday from 3-7 a.m. for maintenance activities.

All motorists will be detoured to the La Jolla Parkway off-ramp, continue on La Jolla Parkway and right on Torrey Pines Road, then right on La Jolla Village Drive to the southbound or northbound I-5 on-ramps.

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
