COMPLAINT:

On May 22, 2024, NFA's Business Conduct Committee (BCC) issued a Complaint against California Managed Accounts, Inc. (California Man... aged Accounts) and Arthur Peck Bartholomew III (Bartholomew). The Complaint charges California Managed Accounts with failing to provide anti-money laundering training for appropriate personnel. The Complaint also charges California Managed Accounts and Bartholomew with failing to provide cybersecurity training to appropriate personnel and failing to supervise.

DECISION:

On July 26, 2024, NFA's BCC issued a Decision, pursuant to a settlement offer, ordering California Managed Accounts and Bartholomew to pay a $10,000 fine, for which they are jointly and severally liable.
