The Wonderful Company, one of the largest and most philanthropic privately held companies in the United States, announced it has been recognized with two coveted Brandon Hall Group™ Gold awards for excellence in the categories of "Best Custom Content" and "Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program" for its "Way of Work" (WOW) 3.0 program.

The 2024 Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards® recognize best practices for initiatives in learning and development, talent management, leadership development, talent acquisition, human resources, sales performance, diversity, equity and inclusion, and the future of work.

Excellence Award winners will continue to be honored at Brandon Hall Group's HCM Excellence Conference, January 28-30, 2025, at the Hilton West Palm Beach in Florida.
