Hope Valley Barracks

At 10:32 AM, Troopers arrested Arthur Mills, age 60, of 71 Ardmore Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police - Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
