New focus section on 'The Bank of Italy for cybersecurity' is online

Now available on the Bank of Italy's website is a new focus section on 'The Bank of Italy for cybersecurity', which offers a single point of access to the Bank's activities on preventing and combating cyber risk in the financial system.

The focus section provides up-to-date information on cyber risks and cyber initiatives at national, European and international level in the financial field and contains useful information to help economic operators, the public and businesses better understand and be more aware of the importance of cybersecurity.

The contents - accessible from the Bank's homepage, through the 'Features Resources' and 'About us - The Bank of Italy for cybersecurity' sections - are arranged to meet different information needs. There are both explanations of key concepts in user-friendly terms, and technical insights for cyber resilience experts in the financial sector.

A portion of the focus section is dedicated to updating visitors on the latest news and there is multimedia content on cybersecurity and cyber resilience throughout the section.
