Pavement rehabilitation for the Neighborhood Disaster Recovery project is now complete in the Coffey Park neighborhood and is expected to begin in Fountaingrove the week of September 30 and continue into November, weather permitting.
Over the past few weeks, crews have been preparing for the upcoming paving operations by lowering sewer and water covers and replacing existing curb ramps with new ADA-compliant ramps in the Fountaingrove neighborhoods. The paving process involves grinding and removing approximately 2-3inches of existing pavement on residential streets, which will then be replaced with new asphalt, revitalizing neighborhood roadways damaged following the 2017 Tubbs Wildfire.Streets noted with an asterisk below will receive a digouttreatment, which means that only heavily damaged portions of the street will be removed and replaced. Typical working hours will be Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., although lane closures will not begin until 8:00 a.m. Some lane closures may extend beyond 5:00 p.m., depending on the weather and the speed at which the asphalt cools. Schedule is subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that these streets are not listed in the sequence that they will be paved, as some flexibility in the schedule is required due to day-to-day changes that impactoperations. For more information on when a specific street will be paved,please call the project hotline at(707) 385-1239.

Impacts to Businesses Located on Round Barn Blvd
Paving operations on Round Barn Boulevard has beenscheduled during the week of October 7, 2024. While this work is underway, there will be temporary, short-term access restrictions to some driveways.
What to Expect:
Curb/Ramp Replacement Continues
Construction crews are continuing to remove existing pedestrian curb ramps and replace them with new, ADA-compliant ramps, throughout the Fountaingrove neighborhood. This work is expected to continue for the next 1-2 weeks.
While this work is underway there may be times when 'No Parking' signs are posted adjacent tothe curb ramps being replaced; however, only a few spots will be affected at a time. Additionally, sidewalks will be closed in the area ofwork and pedestrians will be redirected to the other side of the street for safety.
Project Overview
The Coffey Park and Fountaingrove Neighborhood Road Recovery Project is resurfacing 33-miles of residential City streets that were damaged following the 2017 Tubbs Fire. It also includes the installation of approximately 330 ADA-compliant pedestrian curb ramps.
