Holiday Event Kicks Off City's 2024 Winter Festival Weekend

Get a head start on the holidays at the Tallahassee Senior Center's "Deck the Halls" celebration. It's Friday, Dec. 6, from 6-8:30 p.m. On this special night, the auditorium at 1400 N. Monroe St., is transformed into a winter wonderland - with seasonal décor, live music, gourmet food and festive drinks.

Enjoy good cheer and great company. A cash giveaway and a martini bar are among the highlights of the evening. Shop for gifts at the silent auction and bid on everything from decadent desserts and restaurant gift cards, to art, jewelry and destination vacations. It's the perfect opportunity to invite family and friends to join in the holiday fun, without having to worry about the clean-up!

"Deck the Halls" is more than just a festive gathering; it is the Tallahassee Senior Center Foundation's premier fundraiser supporting services and programs for active adults, age 50 and older. Tickets are $60 each and include complimentary valet parking.
