Important Notice

In an effort to maintain property values and community appearance, the City of Pembroke Pines has amended our Land Development Code as of June 18, 2024, to address vehicles parking on landscape areas, including gravel. Please reference Land Development Code Section 155.601 General-Access Loading & Parking. The City will no longer allow vehicles, trailers, recreational vehicles, boats, special use, or similar vehicles to be parked on non-paved surfaces.
