Amador County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various lane closures on State Route 49 (SR-49), SR-88, SR-104 and SR-124 for maintenance and construction operations. Work to occur as follows.
State Route 49
Long-term, one-way traffic control at the Mokelumne River Bridge (Amador/Calaveras County line) for bridge work through October 11, 2024.
Long-term closure of the left turn lane at Sutter Street for drainage work beginning Sunday, August 11, through Saturday, August 17, 2024.
One-way traffic control at Cosumnes River for bridge work beginning Monday, August 12, through Friday, August 16, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
State Route 88
One-way traffic control at Pine Grove Tabeau Road for utility work on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
One-way traffic control at Silver Lake Spillway for bridge work beginning Monday, August 12, through Friday, August 16, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
State Route 104
One-way traffic control at Dry Creek Bridge for bridge work beginning Monday, August 12, through Friday, August 16, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Overnight, one-way traffic control from Preston School to Foothill Boulevard for striping operations beginning Sunday, August 11, through Friday, August 16, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
Overnight, one-way traffic control at Sutter Creek Bridge for bridge work beginning Monday, August 12, through Friday, August 16, 2024, from 3:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m.
State Route 124
Overnight, one-way traffic control from SR-124/SR-88 Junction to SR-104/124 Junction for striping operations beginning Sunday, August 11, through Friday, August 16, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
All work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
