Prior to the meeting, Mr. Rock Tsai, Chief Information Officer of Taiwan Mobile, delivered a keynote presentation titled "The AI Era: Taiwan's Great Opportunity." His talk covered the historical evolution of AI and explored how AI technology can be leveraged to enhance municipal efficiency and inspire new applications for the public sector.

During his keynote speech, Rock Tsai outlined five key dimensions of AI application within enterprises, including enhancing employee productivity, establishing AI ecosystems, integrating digital platforms, developing tailored model training, and addressing ethical considerations. Using Taiwan Mobile as an example, he demonstrated how the company leverages initiatives like AI Hackathons and internal innovation events to unlock potential and prioritize AI implementation in customer service for maximum impact.
