BJS is seeking management and program analysts to serve in the Planning, Management, and Budget Unit. Job duties include but are not limited to-

• collaborating with staff to gather and develop content and manage stakeholder outreach for input on planning and strategy communication to internal and external entities
• overseeing the development of corrective actions to address audit and inspection issues, including budget formulation, solicitation forecasting, peer review, and administrative procedures
• evaluating the organizational structure, the organization's statistical business process model, workforce development model, strategic plans, and budget materials to ensure optimal organization and distribution of work for operational efficiency and effectiveness
• coordinating with staff to facilitate the conversion of administrative applications and providing administrative support for contracted operations.
