Evening Meal and Caregiver Cooking Event

(BROOME COUNTY, NY) -Caregivers, join us at the Northern Broome Senior Center (12 Strongs Pl, Whitney Point) on Tuesday, September 10^th for an evening meal with your loved one or on your own. Dinner will be served at 4:30 p.m., followed by a presentation at 5:15 p.m. by Kathleen Cook, a Nutrition Educator from Cornell Cooperative Extension. She'll be sharing tips on keeping nutritious food on hand when you're feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.

During the presentation, your loved one will be in good hands with our Leisure Time Activity Aides, who will offer structured activities in a nearby room.

Reservations are required. Please call the Office for Aging at 607-778-2411 to reserve your spot and/or meal.
