1st Avenue to close between Park and State

Starting Thursday, November 14th, 1st Avenue will be closed between Park Street and State Street to allow Con-struct to excavate two large pits to bore the water line under the railroad tracks. The closure could last up to one week. Park Street and State Street will both remain open. Affected residents have been notified regarding driveway access.
