New Interactive Permit Guide - Titusville Building Department

In the spirit of utilizing technology as a resource, the Titusville Building Department now offers a new way of intuitively guiding customers through online permitting and land development processes. The City is driven to continuously find ways to improve its relationship with the Citizens by embracing a modern customer centric approach. Public Sector agencies across the country are moving to digital transformation that matches the public's expectations and improves services. Ultimately, this new resource can both improve customer service as well as being a valuable tool for City Staff.

The City of Titusville issues more than 5000 building permits each year. Permits are issued for numerous types of improvements and developments. Along with new construction projects, City Staff administer permits for roof replacements, AC changeouts, windows and doors, accessory structures, fences, generators, sidewalks and driveways; the list goes on and on. Each permitted project is unique. With that, applicants are often intimidated and unfamiliar with regulations, rules and the process for successfully obtaining a permit. This new feature is designed to relieve applicants from these challenges and provide guidance toward successful compliance.
