Marcus & Millichap Closes $6.15 Million Sale of Bradenton Retail Center

BRADENTON, Fla., Sept. 12, 2024 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Cortez Village Square, a 41,892-square-foot retail center in Tampa, Florida. The asset was sold for $6,150,000.

Chbeir exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a local private investor. The private buyer was procured by Ronnie Issenberg, Gabriel Britti, Ricardo Esteves, and Kevin Foo from the firm's Miami office.

Located at 6610-6696 Cortez Road W., the retail center is 86.7% occupied and benefits from high traffic exposure, with more than 27,500 vehicles passing daily. The property is positioned in the Tampa MSA, one of the fastest-growing regions in the U.S., and is surrounded by national retailers such as Walmart, Publix, and Lowe's.
