Pinnacle Adds Three New Associates in Memphis Region

Pinnacle Financial Partners welcomed three financial veterans to its Memphis team. Seasoned professionals Jason Crochrell, Bess Lewis and Alex Neale bring decades of combined financial experience to the firm.

Crochrell serves as the office leader at the Memphis Oak Court office. He has 18 years of experience and came to the firm from Truist, where he served as a cluster senior branch manager. Throughout his career, Crochrell also worked at Regions and Bank of America. He received his bachelor's degree from LeMoyne- Owen College.

Lewis serves at the Memphis Shady Grove office as a financial advisor. She comes to Pinnacle with 16 years of experience, most recently serving as a senior vice president and relationship manager of private banking at Simmons Bank. Lewis also has experience at Triumph Bank, Renasant Bank, Commercial Bank and Trust Company, and First Tennessee Bank. She graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor's degree in business and marketing. She is actively involved in the community, volunteering with several organizations including St. Jude Gold Luncheon, Power of the Purse Auction, Cirque de CMOM (Children's Museum of Memphis) and Binghamton Christian Academy.

Neale also serves as a financial advisor at the Memphis Shady Grove office, bringing over 15 years of financial services experience to the firm. He previously served as a relationship manager and senior vice president, commercial lending for Simmons Bank. He also served in key leadership roles for Financial Federal Bank and Renasant Bank throughout this career. He received his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In the community, he currently serves on the board for Memphis Inner City Rugby and has served in board positions with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Memphis.
