Oslo, July 15, 2024: Ayfie International (AIX) has signed an agreement with the
British law firm Fenwick Elliott LLP, headquartered in London, UK. The agreement
entails that Fenwick Elliott LLP will install Ayfie's RAG platform. This
platform includes Ayfie's deep search product, Ayfie Locator, which functions as
an internal Google search engine, and Ayfie Personal Assistant, which enables
the lawyers at Fenwick Elliott to safely use AI directly on their data.

Ayfie Personal Assistant (PA) helps employees perform tasks that were previously
perceived as boring, time-consuming, and difficult. Ayfie Personal Assistant
keeps information private while increasing efficiency and improving the quality
of the employees' work.
Law firms often have tens of thousands of documents related to cases, and since
Ayfie's AI platform can read, understand, and remember all these documents in
seconds, one can now ask questions about the documents and receive answers back
in seconds.

Ayfie's AI technology operates only within the client's domain, and the solution
is not trained and does not leak any information out of the company's domain.
All Ayfie solutions are designed to comply with the GDPR directive.

Fenwick Elliott LLP is the largest law firm in the UK within construction and
energy law, and it works closely with its clients to offer a full range of legal
services for construction, engineering, and energy projects worldwide.
Initially, Ayfie will deliver a full Ayfie solution with artificial intelligence
(AI) to 35 employees at Fenwick Elliott LLP.

The size of the agreement is approximately 1.1 million Norwegian kroner per
year.
