Brown Rudnick to Represent Unsecured Creditors in Coach USA Bankruptcy

Brown Rudnick has been selected as co-counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 case of bus operator Coach USA.

Coach USA, the owner and operator of Megabus and other privately-owned commuter bus lines in the U.S. and Canada, filed for bankruptcy protection on June 11, 2024 in Delaware.

The Brown Rudnick team representing the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors is led by partners Ben Silverberg, Jim Stoll and Shari Dwoskin, and associates Matt Sawyer, Alex Kasnetz, Hayden Miller and Andrew Rizkalla.
