Change - Announcement Of Cessation Of Financial Controller And Joint Company Secretary

Ms Tan Bee Kheng ("Ms Tan") has resigned from her position as Financial Controller and Joint Company Secretary of the Company due to personal reasons. Ms Tan has been with the Company since 2 January 2014.

After having interviewed Ms Tan and to the best knowledge of the Company, the Company is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Ms Tan as the Financial Controller and Joint Company Secretary of the Company.

In addition, the Company notes that there are no concerns with regards to the financial reporting of the Group that led to the cessation of Ms Tan and there are no disagreements between Ms Tan and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.

Ms Tan is currently serving her notice period pursuant to the terms of her service contract with the Company up until 31 July 2024. A further announcement will be made as and when the appointment of a candidate to fill the position of Financial Controller/CFO has been confirmed and finalised.
