Phoenixville Area School District to Close Hares Hill Road for Road Improvements in East Pikeland Township

​King of Prussia, PA - The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that Phoenixville Area School District will be performing road improvements on Hares Hill Road in East Pikeland Township, Chester County, beginning Tuesday, October 15.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:

• Tuesday, October 15, through Friday, November 15, Hares Hill Road is scheduled to be closed and detoured 24/7 between Route 23 (Ridge Road) and Route 724 (Schuylkill Road). During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 23 (Ridge Road) and Route 724 (Schuylkill Road).
  

Local access will be maintained up to the work zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
