Volunteers needed for Fall 2024 Move-In

WWU Move-In is September 19-22: Sign up to help welcome 4,000 new and returning students to campus.

On September 19-22, we will be welcoming over 4,000 on-campus residents and their families and assisting them with Move-In. WWU Move-In volunteers help provide an excellent move-in experience for residents at Western! Signing up for 1-2 shifts is a huge service to WWU as we welcome thousands of students who live on campus.

As you sign up, please note move-in times for students are from 9am to 4pm each day of move-in, so volunteer shifts in the morning and evening include set-up and take-down.

There are also slots available for September 15, which is early arrival move-in for WOOT & Viking Launch students.

Volunteers assist in many ways:

• Unloading vehicles, and moving belonging into buildings
• Checking out keys to students at the welcome tents
• Welcoming students as they wait in the lines to check in
• Driving golf carts to transport students and families from long term parking to the residence halls and apartments.
