During the takeoff rotation on runway 31, the PF felt heaviness at the controls then the crew noticed an unexpected trim position. The crew contacts operations to have the loadsheet checked. During the approach to the destination, following a message from the operator's operations, the controller transmits to the crew the instructions for a new distribution of passengers. The landing went smoothly.
