Bidding Requirements: $15,000 escrow payment via cashier's check due by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the sale. Bidders must close on the property within 30 days of bid acceptance

How to Participate

Pre-Auction Open Inspection: The property will be open for inspections on the following dates/times:

  • January 8th - 8 a.m. to noon.
  • January 22nd - 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • February 5th - 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Bidding Process:

Prospective bidders must register to participate in the auction. Registration will occur the day of the sale and will involve providing a valid government issued I.D.

Prospective bidders will be disqualified if they owe delinquent taxes to Franklin County or if they purchase with the intent to transfer to someone who is disqualified.
