Kirkland Advises Sani/Ikos Group on Senior Secured Notes Offering

Kirkland & Ellis advised Sani/Ikos Group on its offering of €350 million of Senior Secured Notes. The offering closed on July 26, 2024.

The Sani/Ikos Group is a group of luxury resorts in unique beachfront locations in the Mediterranean. The group is majority owned by an affiliate of GIC (Realty) Pte Ltd. GIC is a leading global investment firm established in 1981 and the manager of Singapore's foreign reserves.
