Hope Valley Barracks

At 9:05 AM, Troopers arrested Mark P. Belinskas, age 52, of 136 Derby Street, Worcester, Massachusetts, for Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V Under 10 Grams (Crack/Cocaine). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

At 11:31 PM, Troopers arrested Holly Gilman, age 41, of 18 Robin Hollow Lane, Westerly, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - .15 or Greater (Phase I: % 0.202 / Phase II: % 0.217) - First Offense. This arrest was the result of an E-911 call for an Erratic Operator and Troopers subsequently locating the vehicle on Nooseneck Hill Road, in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police - Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
